As a student pursuing a bachelor's degree, the thesis project is often one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences. For me, the journey of completing my bachelor thesis was made more enriching thanks to my time spent at b.ignited. This dynamic company specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses, and I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with them on my project.

An energetic and passionate team

From the very first day at b.ignited, I was struck by the energy and enthusiasm of the team. Each person was passionate about their work and eager to share their knowledge and experiences with me. As someone who was new to the company, I felt instantly welcomed and appreciated. It was clear that this was a company that valued collaboration, teamwork, and innovation, which were all important qualities to me as I embarked on my thesis journey.

Some challenges and some progress

One of the first challenges I encountered was working with the backend team. As someone who was not as familiar with coding, I initially found it difficult to understand everything that was happening. However, I was given smaller tasks to work on, and I gradually started to make progress. What stood out to me was the immense support that I received from the backend team. They were always available to offer guidance and help me understand the intricacies of the project.

I was given the opportunity to complete my own "epic" for my bachelor’s thesis. It allowed me to apply the knowledge and skills that I had acquired the past couple of days/weeks and put them into practice.

An interesting and educational journey

During my time at b.ignited I learned so many new things that will stay with me for a long time. Working with the team allowed me to understand how to work with each other and that communication is key.

The team was really helpful and patient with me throughout my journey. They always made time for me to answer my questions and provided me with the support that I needed to continue.

On top of the skills that I gained during my time at b.ignited, I also appreciated the company's positive and welcoming work environment. The team made me feel like a valued member of the team.
